Here, we'll walk you through the process of setting up the Easybell app on your smartphone, step by step.

1. Download the app from the Play Store.

2. Create your personal login credentials in my.easybell.

3. Open the “Phone Settings” menu in the side navigation.

4. Under the desired connection (phone number for residential customers), you will find the "App credentials" option in the details. Click "View login information" to the right of it.

Important: The app credentials are only displayed if the connection is in “Trunk” mode (phone number in “Phone” mode for residential customers).

5. Scan the QR code using the app or enter the displayed information manually.

6. Grant the requested permissions in the app. Access to media and files is required for the app’s recording feature to work. Without this access, phone calls cannot be made.

Notes

  • Only one phone number can be registered in the app.
