Depending on the rate variant, a flat rate to the German fixed network or the Fair Flat 1000 minutes package is included. The final price is determined by the combination of these rate components, but is at least 29.95 €/month including a landline-flatrate or 34.95 €/month including a fair flat minute package. The following payment methods apply to rates for companies: direct debit or bank transfer after invoicing.

Number blocks: New block of 10 telephone numbers for a one-time fee of 19.95 €, new block of 100 telephone numbers for a one-time fee of 49.95 €. Blocks of 1000 numbers for a one-time charge of 99.95 € for rates with 30 voice channels or more. 1000 number blocks are not available in all local networks. A single phone number is free for new orders; subsequent orders cost a one-time fee of €4 per phone number.

Questions
It depends on whether we takeover an existing DSL connection or connect you with a new line.
If we takover a former connection it is not necessary to make an appointment with the technician. A technician only needs to come if you previously have had a cable connection.
If you get a new connection a technician of Deutsche Telekom needs to come to your place.
It is necessary that you or another person is at home on the agreed date during 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Please make sure you hear the doorbell ring.
You don’t have to get an appointment with the technician, even if your line is new. You only have to enter the name and telephone number of the previous tenant in your order.
If you yourself have been the last owner of the phone line in your flat, enter yourself as the previous tenant.
detailed viewIn the case of a new DSL line connection a Deutsche Telekom technician needs to come as the so-called "Letzte Meile" (“last mile”) of your phone line belongs to Deutsche Telekom. In most cases, you avoid the need for a technician by entering the name and phone number of the previous owner of the line during the ordering process.
The technician will connect your phone line at a port of DSLAM (DSL-distribution station), which is near by your place. So they need to come to your house to cover the line and If necessary, they may need to check the cabling of the main distributor of your house and in your telephone socket. If there’s no telephone socket, they will insert one (if there’s a phone line in your flat).
Note: The technician is not responsible for the cabling connection between the main distrubution of your residence and the desired location of the telephone outlet. This responsibilty falls on the homeowner.
We will inform you about the date of activation and whether a technician is necessary.
The infrastructure of our telephony supports TLS connections and SRTP. If your device is able to use these standards, you can activate them without any problems.
detailed viewLots of big PBXes are not able to authenticated itself with username and password for outgoing calls. They require an authentication via IP address. With a Trusted IP, you can decide from which IP addresses your PBX is allowed to start an outgoing call. The use of this feature is only possible with a static IP.
detailed viewYou don't need to worry about changing your internet provider or porting your phone number to Easybell. If you commission us with the takeover, we will take care of everything from cancelling your contract with your previous provider to porting your phone numbers - so you can switch to Easybell smoothly and without interruption.
Simply order your new internet connection as a line transfer or telephone connection with number porting. You can find all the instructions under "How to order".

If a new activation by Deutsche Telekom is necessary, a technician will come to you. If you take over an existing connection, a technician won’t be necessary because the phone connection is already established. In the case of a switch in technology of your connection, e.g. from cable to DSL, a technician appointment is necessary. Please note, that at least one phone number needs to be “port” for taking over a still existing connection.
You can avoid a technician appointment if you tell us the name and the phone number of the previous holder of the line, e.g. the previous tenant. Deutsche Telekom may have saved the correct digital line link and is able to make a so-called remote switching.

This depends on the expected number of simultaneous external calls. Internal calls are not counted here. You should expect 2 to 4 lines per 10 extensions in an average company. But of course there are also companies that have significantly more simultaneous calls.

Fully developed fiber optic connection
In order to be able to offer you fiber optics via the Internet, your location must already be fully connected to the fiber optic network by the network operator Deutsche Telekom.
This means that the network operator has already installed a fiber optic socket with a fiber optic ID in your premises.
We are not yet able to supply locations that have not been fully or only partially expanded, e.g. where the fiber optic network has only been expanded in the basement of a rental building or only in the street in front of the house (home passed).
Fiber optic ID
As soon as your fiber optic connection is fully connected, you will receive a fiber optic ID. You will find this on the fiber optic socket in your premises. For older connections, the fiber optic ID can sometimes also be shown on the ONT.
With this unique identification number, you can already order Internet via fiber optics from Easybell. Only one thing is missing to use the connection later:
ONT, fiber optic modem or router
As soon as fiber optic over Internet uses a different technology than DSL, for example. This is why you also need a special fiber optic modem. This device has a unique modem ID.
There are three variants here:
- This can either be an ONT, which is sometimes pre-assembled on older connections. Most commercially available routers can be connected to an ONT and use its Internet connection. Read "Using the FRITZ!Box as a router on a broadband or fiber optic modem".
- Alternatively, a fiber optic modem (e.g. fiber optic modem 2) can of course also be used. A separate router or similar can then be connected behind it, as with the ONT.
- However, there are already some routers that have a built-in fiber optic modem, such as the FRITZ!Box 5530, which you can order from Easybell together with your fiber optic connection.
