Here, we'll walk you through the step-by-step process of setting up the Easybell app on your smartphone.

1. Download the app from the App Store.

2. Create your personal login credentials in my.easybell.

3. Open the “Phone Settings” menu in the side navigation.

4. Under the desired connection, you will find the "App credentials" option in the details. Click "View credentials" to the right of it.

Important: The app credentials are only displayed if the connection is in "Trunk" mode (phone number in „Telephone‟ mode for private customers).

5. Scan the QR code using the app or enter the displayed information manually.

6. Grant the requested permissions in the app. Access to media and files is required for the app’s recording feature to work. Without this access, you won’t be able to make calls.

Notes
  • Only one phone number can be registered in the app.
  • In the iOS system settings, you can define caller groups that will not be blocked even when "Do Not Disturb" (DND) mode is enabled. This setting applies exclusively to the iOS phone settings and not to apps from other providers. To be reachable for incoming calls with the VoIP to go app, you must disable DND.
