You can set up OfficeDesks in easybell's cloud PBX, the Cloud Telefonanlage, to allow your employees to manage their extensions and devices themselves. They are not given any administrative rights, but can only set up and activate or deactivate answering machines, call forwarding and after-hours switches, and change their passwords.

Optionally, access to fax and SMS dispatch, contact management and access to call lists can be granted for OfficeDesk users. In this case, configurations of contacts are stored only in the respective OfficeDesk. If access to the call lists is granted, all lists can be viewed.
