If you have forgotten your OfficeDesk password, please contact your administrator. 

If you have access to your OfficeDesk and want to change your password, please follow these steps:

1. Open the OfficeDesk for the Cloud PBX

Please log in to my.easybell using the login credentials sent to you in the registration email.

Under “Phone Settings,” click on “Cloud PBX.”

2. Edit OfficeDesk

In the page navigation of the Cloud PBX, please first open the "OfficeDesk" section. There, click "Edit" next to your OfficeDesk.

3. Change Password

In the basic settings of your OfficeDesk, you can easily change your password by clicking the small envelope icon next to your email address. The registration email will be sent to you again, and you can then change your password.

Your new password is now saved.
