How do I receive faxes online?

We have completely redesigned our customer portal for you. If the steps described in the guide differ from what you see, you will find a PDF version of the old guide at the end of this article.

We'll show you how to receive faxes online.

With the Fax Online and Fax2Mail services, you automatically receive incoming faxes as attachments to the email address you have provided to us.

1. Open Account Settings

To do this, first log in to your my.easybell.

Then click on your profile in the button left corner and then on "Account settings".

2. Change email address

You can now change your email address in the "Company Information" or "Personal Information" section (for private customers) under "ContactInformation."

Please confirm by clicking “Continue.”

Additional features

You can also use Fax2Mail in other Easybell products to receive faxes online.

The article "Setting up Fax2Mail" describes the procedure in my.easybell. To receive faxes in the Cloud PBX, you can create resources of the "Fax" type.
