To log in to the Easybell customer portal, you will need your customer number and the password you have assigned.

If you have forgotten your password, you can reset it. To do so, go to the login page and click on “Forgot your password? Reset”. 

Once you enter your customer number and associated email address there, we will send you a link that you can use to generate a new password.

Other types of access

In addition to the contract holder's main account, there are other access types for the customer portal and the Cloud Telefonanlage that have customized authorisations.

You can see what type of access you have by looking at the user name.
