With OfficeDesks, these features can be used with a phone number without having access to sensitive data or other phone numbers.

If you use the easybell Cloud PBX, you benefit from advanced permission management. In this case, please read the guide “Setting up OfficeDesks for the Cloud PBX for Employees”.

Further information under "Where can I find my SIP access data?".

2. OfficeDesk access

To access an OfficeDesk, you must click on the login screen of my.easybell, simply enter the SIP login credentials for the phone number instead of your regular login credentials.

3. Using an OfficeDesk

Employees can now use their OfficeDesk phone number to:

  • Send faxes online
  • Customize the caller ID
  • Set up call forwarding
  • Set up the voice mailbox

It is not possible to view bills or make settings for other connections.

OfficeDesks with number blocks:

If you have a phone number block, you can extract direct dials from it. This allows every employee to have their own direct dial with their own OfficeDesk.
Please note, however, that an extracted direct dial is no longer signaled via the original number block.
