Your technician appointment for activating DSL: Please take a look at your email to get the date.
Deutsche Telekom has confirmed activation of your connection for the plan.
You can see the current activation date for your order in your email.
We will of course inform you if any changes should occur. We will send you an email with the login details once again before the activation date.
A Telekom's technician will need to come to you to activate the connection. It is important that someone is at home on the day of the appointment between 8 am and 1 pm.

If you have ordered a router you will receive this from DHL at least two days before the activation date.
