Is it possible to reschedule the technician's date?

Here you can find out whether your technician appointment can be postponed or not.

Yes. In this case, we will ask for a new date at Telekom. You are able to tell us a favored appointment, which has to be four working days in the future. Appointments at the weekend are not possible.

Unfortunately, we haven’t got any influences on the concrete time of the technician’s visit. The appointment is always between 8 a.m. and 1 p.m. Making a concrete appointment (especially in the afternoon) is not possible.

Please notice: If you reschedule the fixed technician’s date, the date of activation will be rescheduled, too.

The appointment is given by Deutsche Telekom. If you are not able to be at home on that day, please tell us by no later than three working days before.
