What can I do, if the technician wasn't there?
Sometimes, the technician of Telekom can activate your line without coming home to you. If there wasn’t a technician at the date of activation, your line could probably still work. Especially at VDSL, the activations are in the evenings. Double-check your line at that time.
According to experience, some of the technician dates aren’t really successfull. In that case, we receive a message from Telekom, that you haven’t been at home. But don’t worry: We will order a new activation without any extra costs for you, unless you really wasn’t at home or you was, but didn’t let the technician in (demonstrably).
