Configure Zoiper for iPhone (iOS) with phone number or Cloud Telefonanlage

In this guide you will learn how to set up the Zoiper app for your iPhone with a phone number or the Cloud Telefonanlage.

 

With the Zoiper App you can use VoIP telephony comfortably on your iPhone. You can make and receive calls with the free Zoiper version. The user interface is provided by Zoiper in English.

Download App

Download and install Zoiper from the App Store. For the configuration with a phone number, you can use a version (Link) that is specially adapted to easybell.

 

Set up

1. Open the app. With a phone number, you have the option of logging on by QR code or manually. The registration with the Cloud Telefonanlage is also done manually.

Option 1: By QR-Code

  1. Pleas press the QR scan icon (top left) in the Dialpad view.

  2. Please scan the QR Code you see after clicking on the link: Link to QR-Code
     
  3. Please enter your username and your SIP password, you can find both information from your customer portal > Phone Settings > Manage Numbers:
    Username: SIP-username from your customer portal, here as an example "0049301234567”
    Password: SIP password from your customer portal

  4. Please confirm with "Login", the account should now register.
     

Option 2: Manually with a phone number or with the Cloud Telefonanlage

  1. In the opened app, please select Settings > Accounts.

  2. Please click on the "+" sign in the upper right corner to create a new profile.

  3. Then confirm with "Yes".

  4. Continue with "Select a provider".

  5. Please select "easybell" as provider.

  6. The view for entering the account data follows.

    a. For a telephone number:
    If the details for "Account name" and "Domain" are not yet given, please enter "easybell" and "sip.easybell.de" here.

    b. For Cloud Telefonanlage:
    If the detail for "Account name" is not yet given, enter "easybell" here. For the Cloud Telefonanlage please type "pbx.easybell.de" for "Domain".

  7. Please enter your username and password next.

    a. For a telephone number:
    Please enter your username and your SIP password, you can find both information from your customer portal > Phone Settings > Manage Numbers:
    Username: SIP-username from your customer portal, here as an example "0049301234567”

    Then confirm by pressing "Register".

    a. For Cloud Telefonanlage:
    Both details can be found in the customer portal > Cloud Telefonanlage > Devices:
    Username: SIP-username from your customer portal, here as an example "CPBX-12a34b56-000123”
    Password: SIP password from your customer portal
    Then confirm by pressing "Register".

  8. The message „Registration Status: OK" confirms the successful registration of the account.

  9. You can now see "Ready" in green in the Dialpad view and you can dial a phone number or be called.
