How can I terminate the contract?

The easiest way to cancel is via the customer portal. Simply log in with your customer number and password.

Other ways to cancel can be found further down in this article.

After we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If you take no further action, your contract will end on the confirmed cancellation date.

If you have rented hardware from easybell, please do not forget to return it!

In the case that you change your mind, you can of course withdraw your cancellation.

Is your internet connection too slow, are there problems with your telephone connection? Simply contact our customer service before cancelling your contract.

We can certainly make you an offer to switch to a faster tariff at a reasonable price, or we can take another look at your technical problems and fix them.

A termination is possible via email at en.support@easybell.de.

Please use the email address you’ve provided to us and write down your customer number.

A termination via contact form is not possible.
