What should I do if I'm unable to be at home for the technician appointment?

To ensure that your Internet connection can be successfully installed, a contact person of legal age must be present on the specified date. If this is not possible, please follow the tips in this article.

First of all, you should consider whether another person of legal age might be able to represent you (e.g. a friend, a family member or even your neighbour).

If you cannot find anyone, please contact us in good time! The applicable deadlines differ between new connections and the takeover of existing connections.

  • For a new connection: At least 5 working days before the service appointment.
  • In the case of a connection takeover: At least 7 working days before the service appointment.
