What should I do if I'm unable to be at home for the technician appointment?
First of all, you should consider whether another person of legal age might be able to represent you (e.g. a friend, a family member or even your neighbour).
If you cannot find anyone, please contact us in good time! The applicable deadlines differ between new connections and the takeover of existing connections.
- For a new connection: At least 5 working days before the service appointment.
- In the case of a connection takeover: At least 7 working days before the service appointment.
