What happens on the date of activation without a technician?
If it is possible for you to switch without a technician appointment, you do not have to be at home on the switching date. If a technician appointment is necessary for you, we will expressly inform you of this in our emails and text messages.

Without a technician appointment, everything is a little easier. Below you can find out exactly what happens.
When a connection is taken over
On the switching day, your old provider will switch off the supply and we will take over the connection within a few hours. If the takeover was successful, you can surf directly from your new Easybell connection and make calls with your usual phone number, provided you have stored the corresponding access data in your router. Please note that it may take up to 24 hours before your number can be reached again from all networks.
For a new connection
Your connection will be activated during the day by 8 p.m. at the latest. If you have already connected your router and set it up with your access data, the DSL light will stop flashing at this time and you will be able to use the Internet and telephony.
