When will I receive my DSL and VoIP login credentials?

If you have ordered an Easybell complete connection, you will always receive your DSL login credentials by email no later than the activation date. For security reasons, we do not send out the login credentials for VoIP telephony. You can view these in the customer portal.

If you have ordered a router from us, it is already preconfigured. All you need to do is connect it.

You can also find all access data at any time in my.easybell after activation.

DSL login credentials

You can find your DSL login credentials in your account settings under "Login & Security." There is a section there called "Internet Login Credentials" where you can find your username and password.

VoIP login credentials

You can find your VoIP login credentials in the respective connection (phone number for residential customers).

To do this, go to your “Phone Settings” and click to open the desired connection (phone number). Under “Details,” you’ll find your SIP username and SIP password.
