With our SIP Trunk plans, you can use blocks of phone numbers. In the customer portal, you can either order a new block or transfer your existing block of phone numbers to Easybell.

You can quickly and easily request the porting in my.easybell.

1. Open Phone Settings

First, please go to my.easybell.

There, please click on “Phone Settings” in the left-hand menu bar.

Alternatively, you can also click on “Manage Phone Numbers” directly in the my.easybell dashboard.

2. Dial phone numbers

Do you have a private customer plan? If so, please click on “Private”!

The phone settings for businesses are divided into two tabs: Connections and Phone Numbers.

Please switch to the “Phone Numbers” tab.

You can view an overview of your telephone numbers.

Here you can configure individual numbers, as well as order or port numbers.

3. Request a transfer

Please click the "Add Phone Number" button in the upper-right corner and then select "Port Phone Number."

4. Select the type of port

You can choose between two types of number porting:

  • Port phone number(s) from another provider to Easybell
  • Transfer phone number(s) from this account to another Easybell account. Click here for instructions on internal transfers.

5. Provide porting information

Enter the requested information here.

Especially if your number porting is time-sensitive, it’s best to request this information from your current provider to avoid rejection → “My number porting was rejected—what can I do?”.

Then click on “Create porting request”.

We will then send you a pre-filled form via email.

Check the porting form

Please carefully review the information on the porting form once again, as it must match exactly the information on file with your current provider.

If you notice any errors, please do not make any changes to the porting form! Instead, contact our customer service and let us know which details are incorrect.

Important: Sign the porting form before sending it back!

Have you signed the porting form?

If so, you can then email the form back to Easybell—preferably as a reply to the email in which we sent it to you.
