Why does my DSL not work after (new) activation?

Here you can see why your DSL connection does not work after the (new) connection.

If DSL doesnʼt work after new a activation, please check the cabling of router, telephone socket and computer first. Thereʼs no splitter necessary. If youʼve got another router or a replacement cable at home, try this as well. Please double-check the log in information. If the light at “DSL Synchronisation” or “Power/DSL” is still on even if everything is connected correctly, please inform us so we can help you.
