If the internet connection is not working, there can be several reasons for this. From incorrect cables and misconfiguration to problems with our upstream service providers. The important thing now is to isolate the problem step by step. This list should help you with this.

  1. First check the cabling of the router, TAE socket and computer. Important: A splitter is not necessary.
  2. Check the LEDs on your router
    1. The DSL LED is flashing
Please check whether the router is designed for the connection technology you require. If this is the case and the cabling is correct, please be sure to contact our support team.
    2. The DSL LED lights up, the WLAN LED remains off
Please activate WLAN using the switch on the button. You can then establish the WLAN connection to the desired end device.
    3. DSL and WLAN LEDs light up, but there is no WLAN connection to the router
Please activate WLAN using the switch on the button. You can then establish the WLAN connection to the desired end device.
    4. DSL and WLAN LEDs light up and WLAN connection is established, but no connection to the Internet is possible
Please check the configuration of your router. Make sure that the correct access data (user name and password) are stored in the configuration interface.
  3. If the configuration and cabling are correct, but a connection is still not possible and a defect in the router is ruled out, please contact our support team.
