Notes on cancellation costs
The calculation "X percent of the usual provisioning fee" is based on the standard offer of €49.95. These costs are also charged for special offers without a provision fee. The customer reserves the right to provide evidence of lower damages. Working days are Mon-Fri, as there are no switching operations on Saturdays.
