Thank you for ordering a VoIP line.
We sent you a letter to verify your postal address but Deutsche Post has since returned it to us as it wasn’t possible to deliver it.
Please check your personal details in the easybell customer portal and correct your address if necessary.
Please then inform the Customer Support team by emailing support@easybell.de or calling 030/80 95 1001 so that we can send you the verification code once again. If the address is correct then please check that your postbox is correctly labelled.
You will only be able to use your VoIP line once you have entered the code. Unfortunately this is the only way we are able to verify your address.
If you do not contact us within the next ten days then we will unfortunately have to permanently deactivate your line.
