Product Owner – Subscription Management & Billing ( all genders welcome)
What You'll Do:
- Own and drive product initiatives in the areas of subscription management and billing from discovery to delivery
- Actively lead and steer larger, complex projects across teams and departments
- Translate business requirements into clear product visions, roadmaps, and backlog items
- Plan ahead and manage dependencies, risks, and priorities effectively
- Work closely with development teams in an agile environment (e.g. Scrum/Kanban)
- Take responsibility for testing, validation, and acceptance of delivered solutions
- Proactively engage with stakeholders, align expectations, and manage communication at different levels
- Deeply analyze topics and systems, dig into details yourself, and support the team hands-on when needed
- Ensure transparent communication and continuous improvement within the team and across stakeholders
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience as a Product Owner (or similar role) in subscription management, billing, or related domains
- Strong track record in leading larger projects within a company environment
- Hands-on mentality with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Excellent stakeholder and team management skills
- Ability to plan strategically while staying close to execution and details
- Strong analytical skills and willingness to deeply understand complex systems and processes
- Agile mindset with practical experience in agile product development
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal – English is mandatory, Germany is optional
- Willingness to take on tasks beyond your formal responsibility when required to move projects forward
- SQL, Excel and Atlassian are common tools for you

We offer a competitive salary depending on experience and qualifications. For this position, the expected annual gross salary range is €60,000–€65,000.
