Perform a hard reset

  1. Press the star key (*) three times.
  2. Then press the X key and hold it down for approx. 10 - 15 seconds.
  3. Release it.

The phone restarts itself. After the restart, it is successfully reset.

Soft Reset

Step 1

If "User name/password" is selected as the authentication method, you will be prompted to enter the HTTP user name and HTTP password during the restart.

Step 2

This data corresponds to the ACS authentication data in the end device account in the cloud telephone system.

Step 3

When entering the number combination, please ensure that the input mode in the phone is also set to "Numerical values". This makes it much easier to enter the data.
