How do I connect extensions to devices?

In the following, we explain how to connect extensions to devices in the Cloud PBX.

To connect an extension to an existing device, please follow these steps in the easybell customer portal:

1. Click on “Cloud Telefonanlage” via “Phone Settings”.

2.  You will get to the interface of your Cloud PBX. Please click the cog next to the desired phone number in “Extensions and call groups”.

 

3.  You are now in the interface of your selected extension. Scroll to “Devices” and click the cog icon next to “Assigned devices”.

 

4.You can now drag and drop devices that are already available into the “Assigned devices” column. Alternatively, a click is also possible.

5. Click on „Save“.

6. You return to the extension overview. Click also here on “Save”. The correct number of telephones is now displayed in the general overview.
