Busy lamp fields (BLF) are only available for extensions/call groups within your Cloud PBX. If you have added a favorite with activated BLF, a status icon will appear next to the favorite in the future, indicating the status of the extension. If you have saved the favorite as a contact, the BLF status will also be displayed in the contact tab of the Easybell app.

Note: Note: These instructions were tested with app version 2.5.6 and with both iOS 18.3 and Android 10. Screenshots are from iOS. There may be deviations under Android or with other versions of our app.

1. create new contact

To add a favorite, switch to the "Speed dial" tab and click on the "+" at the bottom right of the screen.

2. set up favorite

You can then create a favorite. Please enter the following details:

  • Title: Enter a name for the favorite
  • Number or SIP address: The speed dial of the Cloud PBX extension
  • Activate busy lamp field: activate

Important: Busy lamp fields only work via the speed dial of the Cloud PBX!

Busy lamp fields in everyday life

Done! The respective call status is now displayed for the newly created favorites:

Off Call (gray) = Available

On Call (green) = In conversation

Ringing (orange) = Ringing

Please note that it is not possible to pick up incoming calls for the extension/call group with the app's BLF.
