Both Call2Teams Go for the cCloud Telefonanlage and the Teams Connector allow you to link multiple SIP trunks to Microsoft Teams. The local network of the SIP trunk does not matter - you can, for example, connect several branches to Microsoft Teams and bundle the communication there.

Multiple SIP trunks with Call2Teams Go

Call2Teams Go is an extension for the Easybell Cloud Telefonanlage. This offers several advantages when setting up multiple SIP trunks. Simply set all SIP trunks to PBX mode and use them as usual in the Teams integration menu. For trunks from several local networks or with different customer numbers, simply use the branch capability of the cloud telephone system.

If you use SIP trunks from several local networks, you must:

  • Have enough Teams Connector accounts booked in the respective account
  • The connection to Microsoft Teams must be set up in the account of the respective trunk
