To keep track of your registered telephones, you can see which VoIP end devices are registered with us for each telephone number in the customer portal under "Telephone functions/Manage telephone numbers".

1. call up call number management

First open the Easybell customer portal.

There, please click on "Manage numbers" in the top menu bar under "Phone functions".

Alternatively, you can also click on "Manage phone numbers" directly in the dashboard.

2. call up information on registration

In the overview of your phone numbers, please click on the phone number whose registration information you want to view. This will unfold the details of the phone number.

Then click on the eye symbol next to "Active registrations".

3. view active registrations

This screen shows you a range of information about the registered end devices.
