How do I set up a call forwarding?
- Register with your personal login data
- Click phone functions/manage phone numbers. (“Telefon-Funktionen”/“Rufnummern verwalten”.)
- Click the cog symbol next to call forwarding (“Rufweiterleitung”).
- Define for which circumstances you’d like to have a call forwarded. After you've chosen an option for call forwarding, there's a field next to the option. Enter the phone number for call forwarding (have a look at the screenshots).
- ONLINE (phone connected to the internet)
Here you can decide when the call forwarding shall be activated.
- Click Takeover (“Übernehmen”).
- BUSY (phone is not connected to the internet) The call will be directly forwarded.
- Click Takeover (“Übernehmen”).
- OFFLINE (phone is not connected to the internet). The call will be directly forwarded.
- Click Takeover (“Übernehmen”).
- Your call forwarding is successfully activated.
