Is it possible to reschedule the technician's date?
A service appointment can be postponed for a new connection with a notice period of five days. In this case, we will request a new time slot for you from Deutsche Telekom.
You are welcome to select a desired date, but it must be at least 4 working days in the future. Weekend appointments are not possible.
Unfortunately, we have no influence on the time at which the technician comes to you. The time slot is always between 8 am and 12 pm or, in the case of ADSL, between 12 pm and 4 pm. It is therefore not possible to set a specific appointment time.
The appointment is given to us by Deutsche Telekom. If you do not have time on that day, please contact us at least 5 days in advance.
The date for taking over your connection can be postponed with seven days notice. In this case, we will request a new date for you from Deutsche Telekom and arrange the postponement with your previous provider.
You are welcome to specify a preferred date, but this must be at least seven working days in the future. Appointments before a non-working day or on a weekend are not possible.
The date is specified to us by Deutsche Telekom. If you do not have time on that day, please contact us at least 7 days in advance.
Please note: If you postpone the agreed service appointment, your connection date will also be postponed.
