My billing address and account details have changed. How do I pass this on to Easybell?
You can find all your contract data in the Easybell customer portal under "My data" and then "Personal data". To view or change data, move the cursor over the relevant entry. Click on the cogwheel symbol to open a pop-up. To save changes, click on the "Apply" button.
Important: Changed data will be automatically taken into account with the next invoice. Please understand that it is not possible to make changes to the invoice you have already received.
Under "Personal data" you can also adjust other specified data.
