Can you send me the bill by mail?
We only send invoices digitally. An invoice is created at the beginning of each month and sent to your email address as a PDF file.
Your invoices are available to you at any time in your customer portal as a PDF file and as an e-invoice in XML format. You can view them there, download them and print them out yourself if required.
