1. Request a port

In my.easybell, open the "Phone Settings" menu. Then, in the "Phone Numbers" tab, click the "Add Phone Number" button.

Then please select "Port phone number."

2. Select the type of port

You can then choose between two types of number porting:

  • Port phone number(s) from another provider to Easybell
  • Port phone number(s) from this account to another Easybell account

3. Fill in the information for the transfer

In the "Internal Porting" menu, you can select which numbers you want to transfer to your new line and when.

Please enter the customer number for the complete connection and the corresponding password before confirming the order.

Optional: Cancel your old service

The old line will remain active even after you transfer your phone numbers, and will incur monthly charges.

Please check whether you still need the old line. If not, we recommend canceling the line at the earliest possible or desired time.
