How can I terminate the contract?
We are sorry that you have decided to cancel your contract with easybell. If the reason is that you are dissatisfied with our services, please let us know!
Your feedback is a valuable contribution that will help us make our service more reliable and improve the products!
Important! If you switch to another provider and want to take your connection including phone number(s) with you, please do not terminate the contract yourself! Instead, instruct the new provider to port your number or take over your connection. The new provider will then cancel your contract with easybell on your behalf and coordinate the next steps with us.

First, please enter the date at which you wish to terminate your contract.
Cancellation always takes place at the next possible end of the month. Please note the cancellation period of your contract (for VoIP at least 7 days before the end of the month, for DSL at least 14 days before the end of the month).
To finish, please click on "Confirm" to send the information to easybell.
After we have received your cancellation, we will send you a confirmation by e-mail. If you take no further action, your contract will end on the confirmed cancellation date.
If you have rented hardware from easybell, please do not forget to return it!
In the case that you change your mind, you can of course withdraw your cancellation.
Is your internet connection too slow, are there problems with your telephone connection? Simply contact our customer service before cancelling your contract.
We can certainly make you an offer to switch to a faster tariff at a reasonable price, or we can take another look at your technical problems and fix them.
A termination is possible via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please use the email address you’ve provided to us and write down your customer number.
