We provide you with the calls made in an itemised bill (EVN) and in call lists in the customer portal.

The EVN only contains calls relevant to charges, including Fair Flat minute packages. For more information, see the article "Eindividual Proof of Connection (EVN) - activation and use".

 The call list, on the other hand, lists all calls made - regardless of whether they were chargeable or not.

View call list

First, please open the Easybell customer portal.

Then select "My data" → "Call list" from the navigation at the top

There you can:

  • filter the data
  • select the time period
  • export the data
  • deactivate the call list

When activating, you must inform all persons who use the number about the storage of the call data.
