Why can I not reach special numbers?

Here you will find information about which special numbers you can reach with Easybell. And what you can do if problems occur.

Special and service numbers can usually be reached via Easybell.

Further information and prices can be found in special numbers for private customers and special numbers for businesses.

If there is a fault with other special numbers, please contact our support team at support@easybell.de.

Please make sure beforehand that the corresponding number range is not blocked in the customer portal. To do this, read the instructions for the blocking and unblocking list.
