You won't find the fallback routing settings for the Cloud PBX in the system itself, but rather in my.easybell.

1. Open Phone Settings

First, please go to my.easybell.

There, please click on “Phone Settings” in the left-hand menu bar.

Alternatively, you can also click on “Manage Phone Numbers” directly in the my.easybell dashboard.

2. Open the connection

In the Overview of connections, please click on the connection whose settings you want to adjust.

3. Configure the Cloud PBX connection

Expand the details of your Cloud PBX connection, then go to "Configuration" and click "Edit."

4. Set up a fallback

You can now specify under "Fallback Routing" what should happen if the trunk is no longer registered.

The following options are available:

Option 1: Do not forward calls

Incoming calls will now be received as usual, without being forwarded.

Option 2: All calls are forwarded immediately and without restrictions.

If the Cloud PBX is unavailable, all incoming calls will be forwarded to a number you specify.

You also have the option to enable the voicemail feature. If your Cloud PBX is unavailable, one of your messages will be played.

You can configure this in the "Voicemail for Fallback Routing" field below. For detailed instructions, see our article "Setting Up Voice Mail."

5. Check the fallback status

No matter which setting you choose, clicking "Save" will apply and activate the setting.

The details of the Cloud PBX connection should now show that fallback routing is active.
