1. Access the Cloud PBX

Open my.easybell and click on “Cloud PBX” in the menu bar.

Depending on the function, the Cloud PBX uses two different types of extensions:

  • User: person-specific extensions 
  • Resources: non-person-specific extensions

Please click on the relevant entry in the sidebar.

2. Edit device

In the Cloud PBX page navigation, please select the "Devices" section and click "Edit" next to the desired device.

3. Disable external calling

In the device settings, please go to the "Outgoing Calls" tab. The "Allow external calls" option is enabled by default.

To prevent external calls from being made via the device, simply toggle the switch off.

Click "Save" to apply this setting.
