Locking the end device in the Cloud Telefonanlage for external calls
1. call up the Cloud Telefonanlage
Please log in to your easybell customer portal first.
Then click on "Cloud Telefonanlage" in the top menu bar under "Telephone functions".
2. edit end device
This takes you to the overview page of your Cloud Telefonanlage.
Please scroll to the "End devices" area and click on "Edit" next to the desired end device.
3. deactivate external telephony
In the end device settings, please scroll to the "Outgoing telephony" area. The "Activate external telephony" option is activated by default.
To prevent external calls from being made via the end device, simply click on the tick to deactivate the option.
Click on "Save" to apply this setting.
