Requirements & notes

  • Devices automatically provisioned via the 3CX are not taken over. These must first be deleted in the 3CX and then re-provisioned in the Easybell Cloud PBX.
  • The import wizard is only compatible with 3CX version 20. Version 18 is only licensed and supported until September 2025 - after that, a change to version 20 is mandatory.

1. preparation in the 3CX

Before you can import the 3CX into your Easybell Cloud PBX, you need to prepare a few things in the 3CX.

1.1 Determine FQDN

Log in to the system interface of your 3CX with your administrator account.

Navigate to the "Admin" → "System overview" area. Under "System information" you will find your 3CX FQDN. You will need this later for the import. It is best to copy it directly.

1.2 Allow external access

Switch to the "Advanced" → "IP restrictions" tab.

Activate the "Allow access from anywhere" option to enable the 3CX import by the Cloud PBX. Please do not forget to save the change.

After successful import, you can deactivate the option again.

The preparations in your 3CX system are now complete. Continue with the next steps in your Easybell Cloud PBX.
