A Business Connect plan always includes 1.) a telephone line, 2.) a DSL or FTTH connection, and 3.) a Cloud PBX. The final price is determined by the combination of these plan components, but is at least €29.95 per month. The following payment

methods are available for business plans: convenient payment by direct debit or bank transfer after invoicing.

No minimum contract term; cancellable 14 days before the end of the month. VoIP-enabled devices and a router compatible with the connection technology, as well as the availability of Easybell DSL or FTTH at the service address, are required.

Plan Components

1. IP-based telephone connection: Direct dial capable, nomadic use. The Business Connect and Business Connect Flat plans form the base price. The total price is determined by all plan components.

Voice channel options for Business Connect:

2 voice channels: €29.95/month
8 voice channels: €37.45/month

Billing is minute-based at Easybell’s applicable per-minute rates.

Includes unlimited calls to German landlines and mobile networks. For detailed terms and conditions regarding the use of the Allnet flat rate, please refer to our Terms and Conditions. Use by call centers or for automated communications is expressly prohibited.

2. Internet connection
setup fee: €49.95 (one-time)

The base price includes a VDSL 50 or ADSL Annex J connection. The surcharges for higher speeds are listed in the bandwidth options below.

DSL bandwidth options:

ADSL Annex J: Up to 16 Mbit/s download and 2.8 Mbit/s upload for €0/month
VDSL Basic: Up to 50 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload for €0/month
VDSL Vectoring: Up to 100 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload for €5/month
VDSL Supervectoring: Up to 250 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload for €10/month.

The following applies to VDSL Basic and Vectoring connections: Depending on availability, speeds of 25, 50, or 100 Mbit/s will be activated; if availability improves in the future, the speed will be increased to up to 100 Mbit/s at no additional cost.

For VDSL Supervectoring connections: Depending on availability, speeds of 175 or 250 Mbit/s will be provided; if availability improves in the future, the speed will be increased to up to 250 Mbit/s at no additional cost.

FTTH bandwidth options:

FTTH 150: 150 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload for €5/month.
FTTH 300: 300 Mbps download and 150 Mbps upload for €10/month.
FTTH 600: 600 Mbps download and 300 Mbps upload for €15/month.
FTTH 1000: 1000 Mbps download and 500 Mbps upload for €30/month.

Please note the requirements for an FTTH connection.

The monthly costs for the Cloud PBX are in addition to the base price.

Important: Carrier Express troubleshooting is not available in some regions of Germany. The exact details of Premium Service for your specific configuration (technology and location) will be provided during the ordering process.

New block of 10 phone numbers for a one-time fee of €19.95; new block of 100 phone numbers for a one-time fee of €49.95. A single phone number is free with a new order; subsequent orders cost a one-time fee of €4 per phone number.
