Cancellation due to commercial use

We will terminate your contract on the date mentioned in the original mail.

We noticed, that you use your phone flat rate very intensive. This is fine as long as the use is for a private purpose.

It seems, that you use your flat rate commercially. The following indications could have let us to this supposition:

• Your connection or billing address refers to a company.
• You called lots of different phone numbers, mostly at working days during the normal working time.
• The caller display shows a phone number which is obviously related to a company.
• Phone numbers have been registered at different places. One or more of the registered devices are professional PBX or Clients.

Please remember to send your rented router back within one week after the expiration of the contract. Otherwise, we have to bill you the routers’ standard price of 169 Euro.

We will not allow you to book this plan again. If you do, we will recalculate the minutes to regular, minute-based prices after knowing.

We would take the cancellation back if you agree to switch to a plan, which is suitable for commercial use. We can offer you for example plans with more than two lines. Please just answer this email.
