We will gladly confirm the receipt of your transfer.

We recommend that you activate the direct debit procedure for future payments, as it saves you the effort of manual transfers. We can then automatically debit the billing amounts from your account.

You can store a new account details in the customer portal and (re-)activate the direct debit procedure.

If you have already deposited a valid account with us, you can agree to the direct debit procedure again by replying to this mail with a simple statement of intent.

As long as you do not agree to the direct debit procedure, you must transfer the bills manually within the payment period posted on the invoices.
