Termination of your contract due to exceptional circumstances

Unfortunately you haven’t fulfilled your obligation to pay the agreed bills despite several reminders.

On grounds of this breach of duty, we reserve the right to terminate your contract due to exceptional circumstances in line with Section 3.3 of our general terms and conditions. We will exercise this right and your contractual relationship with our company will be terminated due to exceptional circumstances with effect from (please look in your email).

We will continue to demand payment after termination and will resort to legal action if necessary.

If you immediately contact us and arrange a prompt payment then we will be prepared to retract the termination due to exceptional circumstances.

When transferring the payment, please only include the bill number or reminder number as the payment reference. This allows us to automatically file your payment.
