The easybell risk management system has just automatically blocked your easybell connection. The reason for this is either outstanding payments, inconsistent personal details provided during registration or usage beyond the terms of your contract.

We will be happy to inform you on the reasons why we have blocked your connection. Please contact the Customer Support team by emailing support@easybell.de or calling 030/80 95 1001. Please have your customer number (which you can see in your email) to hand so we can quickly process your request.
