Appointment information due to switch of supplier

We’ve ordered a switch of supplier. The switch will happen at the date mentioned in the email. 

There’s no technician’s date necessary, but please notice the following information:

What you can do already:

  • Please check the compatibility of your router with the new connection technology. You can find a list of common devices here. If your router is not compatible, you can find a choice of devices in the shop of your personal customer portal.
  • Please remove the splitter, if you still have one.
  • If switching from an old VDSL connection to a new connection technology you will need to change your user name from prem-vdsl.de/1234567-8%11 to 1234567-8@easybell.de. You can do this change now.

What you should do after a successful connection switch:

After a switch from ADSL Annex B to Annex J or VDSL, you nee to change the connection configuration from VPI/VCI 1/32 to VLAN ID 7. This is not necessary if you’ve got one of our (pre-) configured FRITZ!Boxes.
