Continued service from your old provider

easybell has forwarded the order to take over your connection to Deutsche Telekom to be checked in detail. Unfortunately Deutsche Telekom still hasn’t confirmed the activation date.

We are scheduled to take over your connection in two days but this won’t be possible without confirmation from Deutsche Telekom. We have therefore requested your old provider to continue supplying your connection until we are able to take it over.

Your old provider is obliged to do this in line with the German Telecommunications Act.

Please keep your old router plugged in with the current login data. If your connection hasn’t continued to be provided with a power supply then please contact your current provider to rule out any technical faults.

We will immediately inform you and your old provider as soon as Deutsche Telekom provides us with a new date for taking over the connection.
