Thank you for your order. This service provides you with a phone line and internet connection.
If you haven’t specified a date then we will request the next free date from the network operator (Deutsche Telekom for DSL). As soon as we receive notification we will immediately inform you via email. Please bear in mind that we cannot provide you with a specific date until then.
We will also inform you in the same email whether you require a visit from a technician.
