A technician doesn’t need to come to your home for activation. You therefore do not need to stay home on the activation day.
If you have ordered a router you will receive this from DHL before the activation date. The router is preconfigured with your log in data. All you need to do is plug it in and start browsing the web.
If you haven’t ordered a router you will receive an email with the login data in time for the activation date. If you currently do not have access to the internet you can also call to request the login data.
