Your connection switchover has been postponed

The date for switching your connection technology has been postponed.

The new switching date of your connection can you find in your email.

If the date changes once again we will of course immediately inform you.

Here’s some more information on what happens next:

You do not require an appointment with the technician for the switchover.  

If you have ordered a router you will receive this from DHL closer to the activation date. The router is preconfigured with your login data. All you need to do is plug it in and you’ll be online straightaway.

If you haven’t ordered a router then you will receive an email with the login data before the activation date. If you currently do not have access to the internet then you can also phone to request the login data.
